Answer:

They will work with OEM flares, but Truck Hardware has come out with a no drill option for the truck. You can see those here, https://www.sharptruck.com/gatorback-dodge-ram-horizontal-logo-mud-flaps If you have aftermarket flaps I would recommend the full style flap. It will require some trimming for the front wheel wells but it will give you the most rubber to work with and make for the most secure installation.
