The 12x23 flaps will work on the 2012 Silverado single rear wheel truck. They are a universal flap for single wheeled trucks. If you are looking at the rear flaps I would recommend the custom fit bracket, # GB756056. This will give a stable surface to mount the full style flap to. The front wheel well does not need a bracket.
