That would depend on the aftermarket flare. If the flare is more of an OEM size and the locations of the factory screws are still available you can use the No Drill flaps. If you have the wider style flares I would recommend the Full style (rectangle) flaps on the front and rear. This will allow you to fasten them to the metal lip of the fender and not the flare itself. It might require some trimming on the front flaps but it will not effect the integrity of the flap.
