Had bed cover 5 days after I ordered it. Only took 30 mins to install and love it. Just rained almost two inches (over 3 hours) and drove in it for 30 miles and very little leakage. I would say its 98% waterproof. very small leakage through corners of the tailgate and even smaller (literally just some drops coming down side of bed) leakage in corners of bed by the cab. I will adjust the cover to end those leaks
