Question:
I'm looking for an add-on LED light kit for my truck's existing OEM Power Assist Retractable steps. (GM) 2018 Silverado 1500 LTZ Crew cab. Is this item compatible and if so, do you have install videos or instructions for vehicle specific applications. Thank you.

Answer:
These could work with OEM boards, but it would be far from a plug and play install. You would need to wire them directly to the board and i would imagine this would void any sort of warranty on the boards. I would not recommend doing this unless you have a fair amount of knowledge about wiring and electronics
