Below are answers frequently asked questions related to our return policy.

What is your standard return policy?
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-box" condition unless damaged in shipping. Items that have been drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in saleable condition and cannot be refunded. Returning items to us is easy! Just follow these instructions:

  1. Email us (support@sharptruck.com) with the following: What you are returning, why you are returning it, and when you received it.
  2. We will then inform you how to return your item.

To help facilitate the return process, please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the returned merchandise. New items returned, unopened, uninstalled, with their original packaging material, including all original informational materials supplied with the product will be credited the full purchase price and applicable taxes to the original form of payment used for purchase. Freight and handling charges are nonrefundable, excluding instances of shipping error on our part. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued.

My order was damaged during shipping. How can you help?
If your order arrives with obvious damage, please refuse the shipment noting the damage. Notify us by email and we will ship a replacement immediately. The shipper will return the merchandise to us. If you discover your order was damaged after receiving it, simply follow the return policy.

There was an error in my order. How can I get the correct item?
In the event your order arrives with an error (wrong item #, wrong color or style, etc.) notify our sales team. We will ship a replacement item and return package immediately in accordance with our return policy above.

I discovered an item was damaged after I opened the package. Can I make an even-up return? Will it cost me anything extra?
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, no additional charges or credits will be applied to your credit card. As security, we will hold a pre-authorization on your credit card for the amount of the replacement until we receive the return. Note: A pre-authorization is not a charge, it only gives us the right to charge.

I discovered an item was damaged after I opened the package. Can I simply return it without making an even exchange?
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once the return item(s) are received. No restocking fee will apply. If you wish to order an item other than an even dollar replacement, please place your order via the normal order process above.

Do I get full credit for Items returned for warranty or defect?
Items returned for warranty / defect will be credited for the full purchase price and any applicable taxes upon receiving, inspection and confirmation of a defect or warranty coverage. Product warranty coverage is provided solely by the manufacturer who makes all decisions regarding warranty claims. Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only.

Can I return custom-made parts?
