What service do you use to ship Sharp Truck orders?
Most SharpTruck.com orders are shipped via UPS ground with larger items such as grille guards and bumpers shipping on common carrier. In some cases, FedEx or Spee Dee is also used.
How quickly will you process my order?
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders will occasionally require up to 48 hours for processing. Standard UPS shipping normally requires 3-5 business days.
Can I track my order?
If you entered an email address as part of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you stating your order has been processed. This includes the date your order will be shipped.
How and when is my credit or debit card billed?
Your credit card will be billed the same day your order is placed.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?
Because UPS is our standard carrier, we do not ship to P.O. addresses. Please provide a street address for all deliveries.
Do you ship Internationally?
No, we currently ship exclusively to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We can ship to Alaska or Hawaii on certain items, but Free Shipping does NOT apply.
My item arrived with damage… Now what do I do?
