2. Let the cleaner sit for about 5 minutes
3. Take a stiff bristled brush and scrub the surface loosening up the containments
4. Rinse with water

Over all this is one of the easiest wheel cleaners I have used. The foaming action did a great job of removing the brake dust that was caked on. I tried other cleaner at a different tire and it did not do near as good of a job. (I will post that video at a later time) This was easy to use, and really did a deep clean. I did need to apply it a second time but in fairness there was about 6 months of brake dust on the rims, there was a couple layers to remove
