How wide are these mud flaps?

The flaps are all custom made to fit the full wheel well of the vehicles. Depending on your vehicle they will be anywhere from 9" to 12" wide

Will these fit on a 2017 Chevy Colorado ZR2?

These will not work on the ZR2. The flares are too big

Texas requires that the flap be no more than 12" off the roadway. Do these fulfill that requirement? Thanks!

That would depend on how high off your ground the truck is. If it is a stock height truck they will do the trick
