At SharpTruck.com, our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return items within 60 days of purchase. All returns are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases! Items may be returned to us within 60 days of purchase. All products must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-box" condition unless damaged in shipping. Items that have been used, damaged or installed are NOT eligible for return.  Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect, approve and process the refund.

Condition for Returns:

  • Installed or Modified Items: Products that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut are not eligible for returns.
  • General Condition: Products must be in the same condition as when shipped – uninstalled, and no signs of use, wear and tear, modifications, or damage.
  • Packaging Requirements: Hardware and parts must not be loose in the package when returned. If damage occurs because of loose hardware during the return shipping, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs associated with that damage.
  • Packaging and Components: Returns must include all original components and packaging. Damaged or missing packaging, or missing components may lead to a rejection of the return or additional charges for the replacement of these parts.
  • Damage During Shipping to the Customer: If an item is damaged during shipping to you, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered post-delivery, contact us to arrange for a replacement.
  • Defective Items: Items that are defective on arrival can be returned for a refund or exchange. However, if a defective item has been used or installed, it is not eligible for return.

 


Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service at [email protected] to start the return process or to request a pre-paid return label
    • $10 will be deducted from return for cost of label. Only available for packages delivered via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Does not apply for LTL or truck freight deliveries
  • Shipping the Return: You may choose to use our pre-paid return label or ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, items will be inspected which may take up to 5-7 business days. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • There are no restocking fees or hidden charges for returns.
    • Freight and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our shipping error.

What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase - buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Products must be unopened, uninstalled and with their original packaging material. Qualifying items will be refunded the full purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) to the original form of payment used for purchase. Freight and handling charges are non-refundable, excluding instances of a shipping error on our part. Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect, approve and process the refund.

My order was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
If your order arrives with obvious damage, please refuse the shipment noting the damage. Notify us via email and we will ship a replacement immediately. The shipper will return the merchandise to us. If you discover your order was damaged after receiving it, please contact our team of customer service experts at [email protected].

My products arrived but I want a different item, can I exchange my order?
Since most items vary in price and ship from different warehouses, the best way to get a different product is to return your order following the process above and we will issue you a full refund on your original order.  Then simply place a new order for the products that you want and we will ship those out immediately.

I discovered an item was damaged after I opened the package. Can I simply return it without making an even exchange?
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once the returned item(s) are received. If you wish to order an item other than an even dollar replacement, please place your order via the normal order process above.

I have a warranty issue with a product I purchased, can I return it?
Items that require warranty for defects are subject to the product warranty coverage provided solely by the manufacturer.  We don't return products for warranty related issues, please reach out to the manufacturer directly to start a warranty claim.

Can I return special order parts?
Sorry, custom made or special order parts are NOT eligible for return.

Are there any fees or charges for returning a product?
There are no restocking fees or hidden charges when returning a product. Simply ship the product back to us and when it arrives we will inspect it for any damage. Once it passes the inspection we will issue a full refund to the card in which the product was purchased.

Return Shipping Options:

  1. SharpTruck can send a prepaid UPS return label upon request, with this option there will be a $10 fee deducted at the time of refund
  2. Buyer can ship the product back via a shipper of their your choice; you will be responsible for the return freight costs.

What is the "Guaranteed to fit your vehicle" policy?
We guarantee the fitment of a product to your selected vehicle with stock/OEM equipment only. If you have modified, altered, lifted or changed anything on your vehicle, this guarantee does not apply. You can still return your products if they are uninstalled and new in the box by following the process above.

I've installed a product, can I still return it?
Sorry, once a product has been installed it is no longer eligible to be returned. If an item is found to have been installed, a refund will not be issued and the product will be returned to the buyer.
