This will work the AMP Bed Extender line. If you have another brand, as long as the extender is not taller than the bed rail this cover will also work with those.

If I bought the truck with this specific cover on it. Does the warranty transfer for the life of the tonneau cover or for just the original buyer? Mine has a rip in it from when I purchased the truck.

The warranty is not transferable. You would have to purchase a new cover portion. If you let me know the year, make, model and bed length of your truck i can get a price of the just the top.
