Questions for AMP PowerStep Running Boards
I have a concern that my six and eight-year-old son’s foot or ankle gets trapped in the folding mechanism. Please advise if this is a legitimate concern. Thanks

The boards do not retract until the doors are closed. They will not retract if any doors are open. There is also a setting to keep the boards deployed all the time as well so they will not retract even when the doors close.
