Questions for Truck Hardware Gatorback Stainless Plate Mud Flaps - Rear - 2014-2018 Silverado 1500/2015-2019 2500/3500

I pinched the drivers side rear against a curb backing up and ripped the lower section of below the four screws. Can that section be replaced? and just buy the rubberized section with the stainless plate? thank you
