What is the difference between the Razorbacks and the Gatorbacks mud guards?

The Gatorbacks have a lifetime warranty on the rubber, for things like tear offs. Razorbacks are 1 inch shorter and the plate is 1 inch smaller than the Gatorbacks as well.
