Questions for Truck Hardware Gatorback Single Plate - Blue Ford Oval For 19"/21" Dually

I need to verify the size of these plates the description says that are 5" x 17 1/4" but the details say 4" x 12" I have factory mud flaps on my dully but only have 4 1/2 max on the height for these to work. Could you check it out and let me know, thanks!
