Will these work with fender flares

These will work with flares. If you have the larger flares the 12x23 full style will work better since you have more rubber to work with on the install.

So are these for the front or the back because in some pictures they are on the front and on some they are on the back?

We recommend them for the front wheels. But they do work on the rear if you have wheel well liners
