The rubber portion is covered by a lifetime warranty. If you send a pic to [email protected] i can get a warranty claim started. What does the slotting of the mud flap do?

The flaps need to be mounted to brackets, with the slots they will install on the custom fit no drill mounting brackets right out of the box. You will not have to put the slots in yourself
