Questions for Truck Hardware Gatorback 12"x23" Ford Black Wrap Mud Flaps

I tore a top corner off one of my Ford 12" x 23" mudflaps. Is there any kind of glue (or something comparable) that can put the 2 pieces togther? Glue with a couple 1" x 4" flat straps would hold them together, I think. If not, I'll remove the other front mudflap. (can't afford new ones)
