Question: Can you use 12x23 fronts on the rears? 2002 GMC 2500 HD SIERRA . And does the mud flaps come with all the necessary hardware and brackets?

Answer from the SharpTruck team: You can use the cut flaps on the rear wheel wells. You just need to have liners to be able to fasten the inside corner of the flap to. The flaps come with self tapping screws and washers.

Question: Is there any drilling required ???? Can these mud flaps be installed with the front or rear tires on ??? i'm assuming the front tires can be turned to make enough room for easy installation ..... Thanks,
