These would ship out monday, via UPS standard ground. It would be 3 business days. There is an expedited shipping option as well. Also we could ship them overnight so you would have them Tuesday at the earliest, but that would be an additional charge. Yes they will fit a 2001 ram. These would be best for the front, part # GB1223RV would be ideal for the rear

These flaps come with self tapping screws you can use. Or if your truck has factory existing in the lip of the fender you can use those as well.
