Will this flaps fit my truck Part #: GCR31F-RV~GCR33R-RV . I have a 2014 ram 1500 with bushwhacker fender flares.

You will need to have access to the factory screws in the wheel well. If you have access to those you can install the flaps. The outside edge flap will not go to the outside edge of the flare.

What does the plate weigh? Are they still heavy enough without them

The plates add a little rigidity to the flap but even with the plain rubber flaps they will not sail. Each flap will still weight in at over 4lbs each.
