Questions for Truck Hardware Gatorback Rubber Mud Flaps - Front Pair - Fits 2009-2018 RAM 1500 & 2010-2026 RAM 2500/3500

I’ve added oem flares and need to replace the front mud flaps for flares. Will I be able to screw on the plates i currently have on these ones that don’t come with plates?
