Whats the difference between the 33R-ss and the 31 f

the 33r's are the rear flaps, the 31f's are the front flaps

will this item fit with bushwacker pocket/rivet style fender flares

It will fit. The flaps will not extend to the outside of the new flare. They will go out as far as the original edge of the wheel well.
