Answer from the SharpTruck team: As long as you have access to the factory mounting points on the lip of the fender these will install. Depending on the size of the flares the flaps might not go to the outside edge of the aftermarket flare. They will go out as far as the OEM flare would extend

Answer from the SharpTruck team: No, the 4500 front fenders are different than the 3500. Gatorback does not have a flap that will work on the Ram 4500/5500
