The GB758053 would be the ones you want for the rear. The front flaps will fasten to the lip of the wheel well with the included self tapping screws

They could, i am not familiar with the wheel well and pinch welds on the '92 truck. if you watch the install video it will show you what is required for the installation of the brackets.
