They will work with OEM fender flares. If you have aftermarket flares they will work at as well. You just need to put slight notches in certain flares to get access the fastening points

For the tires not to rub you need to have 1/2" of clearance with the tires turned in the front. The flaps are 1/2" thick and any less clearance they will rub. If you do not have that clearance you will need offset brackets as well to move the flap away from the wheel, https://www.sharptruck.com/truck-hardware-gaa756729 You would install the no drill brackets, then fasten the offset flaps to those brackets. That will make it so you are not drilling into the body of the truck.
