You are selecting for the paint color of the truck. When you remove the front flaps there are 2 small holes that need color match plugs.

I have a 2022 cherry red Silverado. Noticed there is no cherry red color option?

Cajun Red is the same as Cherry Red. Chevrolet changed the name of the color, but not the color itself
