If you have a 4 pin trailer light plug this will be everything. if you have a 7 pin you will need this, https://www.sharptruck.com/putco-blade-quick-connect-harness-7-pin-connector-529004 as well

I am looking to mount this on the back of an RV that has led lights and use the 4 pin plug in, is there any concern about short/quick flashing

There is not as long as you have tight connection when you install the light bar
