Questions for B&W 2" Tow & Stow - 5" Drop - Black - Dual Ball - 2" & 2 5/16" Balls

If you turn the ball hitch over to give your trailer some heighth instead of dropping lower on the hitch part, does the ball hitch loose any strength? The ball gitch i have has a 10,000lb rating.
