This is a full set. It comes with front and rear mud flaps.

Can I install factory flare version on a non flare truck so they will stick out a little farther? The screw holes are surely the same.

You would have to trim the front flaps some. There is a hump in the front wheel well that the front flaps are custom cut to account for. You would have to remove some of the rubber for the flaps to fit. The rear flaps will fit with no issue.
