Questions for Rockstar Hybrid Offset Splash Guards - Size "XL": 15" W x 10" L w/o Trim Plates
How far do these stick out past the factory fender on a 2015 f350 SRW? Or how much tire coverage is there with these out past the factory fender? My tires stick out roughly 3" past factory. Would I need 12" or 15" wide?

This is an universal flap and bracket. You are able to determine the clearance outside the wheel well. You should be able to get the 3" of outside coverage you are needing. I would recommend the 15" wide option for your truck

Also what does the length represent? The length of the mudflap or the overall length of the whole system hanging below the factory fender?

The length is the flap itself and not the bracket.
