Is the black finish on these flaps warrantied for life? Rock chips would be normal wear and tear but more concerned about flaking off with a power washer? Also are they guaranteed not to rub with factory wheels and tires?

Answer:

The brackets and plates are black anodized so they cannot chip. As far as rubbing, if you have stock tires on the vehicle they will not rub. If the tires have been upgraded there is not a guarantee there.

Why do the Mudflaps fit the normal expedition but not the max?

There was an error with the fitment selector. These flaps will work on any submodel of the Expedition. I apologize for the confusion
