Does this plate fit both gator back and razor back?

No, the Razorback flaps cannot have plates removed or added. That is only a feature of the Gatorback flaps.

Do you get 4 to fit each mud flap for $72.00. Plus do they fit Weather tech or Husky mud flaps

This is a single plate. and they only fit Gatorback mud flaps
