Truck Hardware Gatorback Rubber Mud Flaps - Set of 4 - Fits 2017-2022 Ford F-450

If you are used to installing aftermarket accessories, you know they never "line right up." I had redrill and move the tab bolt hole and use a carbide bit on 5 holes to line up with factory hole locations. Other than those 2 hiccups, which is normal and expected with aftermarket products (I build jeeps, toyotas, and trucks for a living) its a nice product. I used a kenworth semi mud flap and cut it down very pleased with fitment and how it looks. Glad its made out of aluminum too.  WISH IT CAME WITH BLACK HARDWARE SO IT BLENDS IN!!!!

Easy to install and holds up to it's name.  Very please with the quality of the work.

Very difficult to maintain alignment of brackets and rubber during final assembly.   I have already submitted another review with a suggested solution to that problem.

I was not aware when ordering mud flaps that I needed the optional brackets.  Cannot see installing them without the brackets - perhaps they should be part of the standard kit.  Very nice quality.

All parts needed were shipped and easily identified .    Thank Goodness for " You Tube " .   The instructions were primarily an item sheet .  THEY LOOK AWESOME  !!!

Although these brackets are a little pricey I'm glad I got them because they made the installation of the Gatorback dually mud flaps not only beautiful but they are mounted rock solid.

Good mount but took some time between reading instruction and watching videos to put it together.   The mount is great. I just wish the flap was.   What good is a mud flap that is half way up the tire ? Flaps are too short OR the mount is too high ?  I like the mount !!!!! The flaps are useless ( as a mud flap )

Bought the Gatorback Mudflap kit for 2017+ SD’s and love the look. They are high quality rubber flaps that are pretty easy to install. The front flaps are a breeze, rear flaps require about 10-30 minutes of work each but with the directions and YouTube videos it’s pretty straight forward. Only thing I didn’t catch before installing one of my bracket assemblies was using the back plate to act as a template to cut out slots required for install. I didn’t realize at time of purchase these were not pre-cut as the flaps are more universal and fit Ram’s and GM vehicles too. Hence, make your own holes.
Easy enough though, there is a video on that too showing how to drill and make the slots.
This kit did not include plates for the flaps, but that’s my preference. If you want plates or can’t afford them right away, no worries as you can buy these and install then add plates later.
