Can the 3 pins used for adjusting the height and ball size be changed out for locking pins? I did not see a diameter on them here to be able to determine if that is possible. Thank you!

You can use locking pins, but the Tow & Stow is designed where the ball cannot be removed unless the hitch is off the truck. So 1 locking pin will secure the entire hitch.
