Curt Multiball Ball Mounts feature two or three trailer balls mounted onto a straight shank. The trailer balls come in different sizes and towing capacities, allowing you to accommodate various coupler sizes and loads.
- 1 7/8” trailer ball can tow up 5,000 lbs. of gross trailer weight and 500 lbs. of tongue weight
- 2” ball can handle 7,500 lbs. of GTW and 750 lbs. of TW
- 2 5/16” ball accepts loads up to 10,000 lbs. with 1,000 lbs. of TW.
All Curt multi-use ball mounts come with a gloss black powder coat finish, while the trailer balls are available in either choice of black or chrome.
The Curt multiple-ball design allows for quick changes between ball sizes without needing to install or own an entirely different ball mount. There is also no need to remove a trailer ball and re-torque a new one. With trailer weight capacities ranging from 5,000 lbs. up to 10,000 lbs., these multipurpose ball mounts are reliable for towing standard to heavy-duty trailers, including utility trailers, boat trailers, livestock trailers, recreational vehicle haulers and even some RVs, assuming the appropriate ball size and trailer hitch are being used.
Curt multi-ball ball mounts come with 2” x 2” shanks and mount easily with a pin and clip. Because the balls are permanently welded to the shank, these ball mounts are also very secure, eliminating the possibility of a ball coming loose and deterring any potential theft.
