Aluminum is also lightweight to avoid putting any unnecessary stress on your vehicle. Because the treads are constructed from aluminum, they easily resist wear and outlast harmful UV rays.
To give Grip Step truck running boards an extra defense against the jobsite and harsh outdoor elements, they are finished in a highly durable textured black powder coat. This powder coat not only guards the aluminum running boards against corrosion, but the textured surface also helps hide minor scuffs, scratches and grime.
