Tank comes complete with black, baked epoxy-coated galvanized steel mounting strap, plated and/or galvanized front support system, rollover safety vent valve and accessories. Tapered tank features exclusive low fuel trap design so every gallon can be used, and hangs approximately only 1 ¾” below bottom of the stock tank. Titan’s Generation 6 tanks feature an OEM style torque ring sending unit mounting system for easy, positive installation.

Titan Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the Titan tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the Titan tank.
This new Ford tank is made of military grade, cross-linked polymer (XLHDPE). It’s at least ¼” thick and built to outlast all competitors. It’s tougher than steel and more durable than aluminum. We routinely test our products using state-of-the-art computer simulation as well as actual, physical drop tests.
