I bought a used truck with one missing flap. I called and received great customer service. They said to take a few pictures of the ripped off flap and they would send an email with the link to what i needed to purchase. They were very prompt with replying and the email had the needed links in it. Ordering was easy online and the person i spoke to was helpful, informative and prompt in response.
