These will fit your truck with factory fender flares. Things get a bit tricky with some of the larger aftermarket flares.

With bushwacker flares I would recommend getting 2 sets of the full style flaps without notches cut in them. You will need to mount the flaps to the lip of the fender and not the flares. With the cut style flaps that will not be easy to do. Getting two full styles will require some trimming for installation on the front wheel wells but it will lead to a better installation.
