will this rear bracket work with the 12" by 26" mud flaps?

Yes, it will work with any 12" wide mud flap.

I have husky rear wheel well guards, will this bracket fit or will they interfere?

The bracket will not work with the liner. It would install the liner. You can use the liner to mount the flaps to to help support the mud flaps weight.

Will fender flares cause any mounting issues? Wanting to get flaps put on just haven't found a good solution with the flares. This looks like it maybe the ticket.

The flares will not interfere with these brackets. They install inside the wheel well

I have 11” wide “cat” universal mud flaps with the large curved top. Will these still work on my 2014 super duty?

The brackets fit on all 1999-2016 Super Duty trucks. The flaps do need to be a rectangle shape, with a flap top for the flaps to install on the brackets. If you scroll through the images on the page you will see how the flap installs on the bracket
