I’m tryin to order a safe for my gladiator. What is the difference between the dial and key? Just a dial over a key entry? And why is 3 key so much more than two?

Yes, the only difference between the two lock options is the just that. One you use a 4 digit code to access the safe the other you use the key.
The price difference between the 2 and 3 key option is the keys are individual for each lock. It is not something you can go to a Lowes store to replicate
