Listed universal but what do you think about the application on a 2005 Econoline 350 Super Duty Van, long body high top eclipse conversion ? They look nice and heavy ?

They should work. As long as you are able to put 3-4 self tapping screws into the lip of the fender they will install. There just need to be a metal lip to fasten these to. You can see a picture in the reviews of a in wheel well picture of these installed.
