We have a 2013 Ford f350 pu with console in the middle. Can we just buy front seat covers. We don't use back seat.

Yes, if you go here, https://www.sharptruck.com/carhartt-precision-fit-seat-covers and answer the questions the site will show you the different seating configurations. You are able to choose front or rear only seat covers.
