#1 on the 23" mud flaps, how far below the bottom of the fender well does the rear and front mudflap extend?
#2 Front of ford F150 has been leveled W/ 2" kit. Will the 26" mud flaps be a better fit for front and rear?

The 23" flaps will have 9.5" of tire coverage.
I would still probably go with the 23's with the leveling done. If the flaps get too low they are prone to get caught on the tire and can lead to tear offs.
