You can't see the bracket in the first picture, but it helps hold the flap stiff since there will be a lot of mud or rocks coming off the tires. In the second picture you can see part of the thick aluminum bracket. I like the quality, good work Gatorback!
The attachment works after bending the metal to make it fit my 2016 f 250 You will have to bend the main bracket backwards about 20 degrees to be able to have the smaller bracket attach to the bed and have the main bracket mounted.
Professional Grade-Easy Installation Instructions with extra hardware. Approximately 15-20 minutes per wheel well after initial setup of the rear mud flaps. Definitely recommend. A little pricey but worth the cost. My customer was extremely happy with the installation.
Excellent construction, heavy duty, and look sharp. I purchased the rear mud flaps to prevent rocks from hitting the front cap of my travel trailer and they are awesome. A little tough to get them installed but give yourself an hour and you will be happy with the results.
