B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mounts

I ordered the hitch and it said 3 to 5 days for delivery and it was in that period it was delivered but they said they would sent a email of when it was sent out and did not do that. So I had to call them on the 5th day to find out what was going on with my order. They where really good about finding ot the info for me.
