Truck Hardware Gatorback Mud Flaps

These are the best quality I was able to find and they look super great.

On my specific vehicle the front flaps base or back plate needed to have the last material trimmed from 3/4 of an inch past the fastener as the inner fender material and the underlying metal causes the base plate to bulge forward at that point. Your competitors product that I took off to replace with Gatorback's did take this into account and was flat against the fender when installed.  Wheels turned to full lock the clearance is less because of this with the concern of ice/snow/mud building up and creating a potential fouling problem especially with the suspension in travel. Additionally, my parts kit was short shipped one of the required metal washers that have 2 holes in them.

My favorite feature and one of the reasons why I bought the product is the ability to remove the bottom flap! This is a great feature that will allow easy removal when off road in conditions that would otherwise damage the flaps and or base plate. My suggestion is that especially with this product costing so much more than the competition that a set of spare retainer clips used to secure the flap into the base plate be provided as a matter of course.

These flaps will protect your rear fender paint and fender flares from damage something the flaps I took off did not.

Mudflap were easy to install , they fit perfectly  , look good and should protect truck

Not very happy . Spoke to Sells associate advised him which ones I needed I was sold the rear mudflaps after I told the sales associate that I needed the front and that I have a bracket on my truck. The mudflaps came they were the same as the  rears.Called and left a message did not hear back from anyone. Called again and was advised by a very nice gentleman that I had to cut down these mudflaps drill 3 holes And make them work. Wish I was told that I had to modify the mudflaps before I purchased them. Wish there was better communication .
