The mud flaps are great. I found the install video very helpful. The only thing I would and to it would be bolt length. On the cell phone hard to see which bolt he had in his hand.
These mud flaps are the ones to get. I'm sure they'll out last a truck. Great price and fast free shipping. Easy to install and well worth the money. Even cheaper than I can buy at the dealership i work at. I've installed 75 to 100 of these. Less than a hour. Great mud flaps.
The new mud flaps look really good on the truck. I got them because the tires on the truck throw stones under the truck. We did a 600 mile trip and we did not hear a single rock bouncing off the underside of the truck. That in itself is worth the cost of these things. I suspect I will also stop seeing new dings in the front of our RV.
Now for the not so good. Our truck is a King Ranch and has both flare trim and wheel well liners. As a result there are not many options available for mud flaps that mount correctly. The mounting kit for these mud flaps fit, although they actively resist being installed. You must remove the tire in order to have adequate access for the installation. The front installation requires the removal of some of the clips holding the flare trim so that you can get to all the screws and bolts. The rear installation also requires the flare trim to be move some and the liner has to be unsecured so you can get a one factor bolt. It took me about two hours for each front mud flaps and just under three hours for each rear mud flap. For some reason, some engineer thought a cheap little plastic pop in nut would be a good idea. It is not. The instructions warn about over tightening and stripping the nuts. Unfortunately, there is no way to get the screws tight enough so that the rubber mud flap does not move around. The plastic nut either pops out or strips. I drilled out the square holes for the plastic nuts and installed 5/16 stainless steel nut rivets. Then I used 5/16 stainless steel button head bolts and stainless steel fender washers to secure the mud flaps to the brackets. Every bolt got some blue Loctite 243 thread locker to make sure nothing come loose. Overall, a pain to install but once done, they look great and work well.
We ordered these mud flaps from Sharp Truck because Buick said there aren't any that fit. They were wrong. After placing our order we had them the next day and had them installed by our dealers body shop. They look great and should provide ample protection to the sides of the vehicle.
They were very well made and designed to fit this vehicle, company has done a great job of manufacturing this product, the fit is number one, little expensive but of high-quality, would recommend this product to anybody that wants to protect their new vehicle.
