(1) Confirming that this will fit a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 short-bed (67.5 inside length). (2) What tonneau covers are applicable, and do you have recommendations? Thank-you in advance.

Answer:

This will fit the 2023 SIerra 1500 short bed. There is not a cover that will work with this. The rack installs on the inside of the bed caps so a cover cannot be fastened to the truck.
